On the Road Photography - Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of "On the Road Photography", you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (ToS).

2. Description of Service

"On the Road Photography" provides a range of photography services and digital products. Any new features enhancing the current service shall be subject to the ToS.

3. Payment

Payment is due before or upon delivery of our services, as detailed in individual service agreements.

4. Cancellation and Refund

Clients may cancel their appointment with 48 hours notice for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

5. Ownership and Rights

Unless otherwise specified in writing, "On the Road Photography" retains the copyright to all images and content produced. Purchased images are for personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or used commercially without written consent.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is crucial to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will "On the Road Photography" be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profits.

8. Modifications to Terms of Service

"On the Road Photography" reserves the right to change the ToS at any time. Your continued use of the service constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the ToS.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan/USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
